Third-party decisions

Government authorities, banks, payment providers, and other third parties make their decisions independently. ScaleCorp Advisory does not guarantee their approval or timelines that depend on third parties.

Fees

Administrative, government, or third-party fees are included only when expressly stated in the offer.

Recurring obligations

Accounting, bookkeeping, tax filings, recurring filings, and legal or corporate administration are not included unless expressly agreed.

Taxation

No specific tax outcome is guaranteed. Forming a company does not by itself guarantee an exemption, tax reduction, or specific tax treatment.
